CARE COORDINATOR

I believe therapy is about providing inclusive and affirming support for our community

I'm honored to contribute to Living Openhearted's mission and strive to support clients by connecting them to the therapists and resources they need to thrive. I am passionate about building meaningful connections within the local community and is dedicated to making LOH Therapy and Wellness a trusted resource for mental health support. I strive to provide valuable information, fostering relationships, and ensuring individuals feel supported in their mental wellness journey.

My commitment to service, paired with my strong interpersonal skills, allows me to create impactful partnerships that enhance access to mental health care. Believing that a strong community and accessible therapy resources are essential to a healthier and supportive network, I am dedicated to expanding the reach of therapy services. I am committed to building new relationships and collaborations that help bridge the gap between individuals and the support they need.

I am a Bay Area native raising my family in the South Bay. There are unique challenges to navigating parenthood with the pressures of Silicon Valley. Seeking balance with work, marriage and parenthood is a constant challenge. I hope to help you on your journey to a full and harmonious life.

YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT SPOT.

My goal is to support you to coordinate appropriate resources and referrals in the community so you can move towards what you care most about in life.

A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME:
  • When I'm not taxiing my children to their endless activities you can find me in the kitchen; making food and feeding others is my love language.

  • My surrogacy journey taught me a new capacity for love and I believe representing non-traditional families is beautiful and essential.

  • Being a first-time dog mom was never on my bingo card but our 3yr old doodle brings me more joy than I could ever have imagined.
