Your self doubt is all consuming...making you feel mom guilt, postpartum anxiety, or stuck in a sticky conflict cycle with your partner. You're irritable, frustrated, and you hate hearing yourself nag...plus you're recognizing patterns from your own mom that you don't want to repeat.

As a twin mom and wife, I truly get the unique challenges of balancing your responsibilities of parenthood and life, while still trying to find time to invest in yourself and in your relationship. I understand the emotional toll that parenthood can take on you and your relationships.
Together in couples therapy, we'll pinpoint those sticky moments you're stuck in with your partner and work on improving communication and connection both in session and at home. Therapy for women and moms is also a big part of my work; so I'll help you on setting (and holding) healthy boundaries, improving communication skills, or learning how to take time for you so you can show up as the person you want to be. Together, we’ll help you build a healthier relationship with yourself and your partner that aligns with your values and goals.
