You think you should have figured out how to manage money by this point of your life
Managing your money has always been a challenge for you. You saw how hard it was for your parents and you promised yourself that you would never end up like them. But this isn't exactly where you wanted to be related to your finances either.
The shame you feel about money continues to show up and your scarcity mindset creeps into your life in so many ways.
You hate that money issues continue to impact your life and your choices. Maybe you feel like you'll never have enough money since you crave the stability and financial security that was missing from your childhood. Or perhaps you never check your bank account, since out-of-sight, out-of-mind is your approach for managing your financial anxiety.
You want to feel more relaxed, free, and unburdened from your money trauma, but you're not sure how to change your habits and mindset.
It's hard to tell your friends and family how much you're struggling related to your finances, since you feel a lot of guilt and shame. You're an adult woman and you think you should have this figured out by now.
